Only weekly bookings are possible during holiday periods.

The apartment is available to you from 3 PM on the day of arrival.

We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 AM on the day of departure.

No right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005) is available – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions: 

• No fees will be charged up to 40 days before arrival.
• Up to 14 days before arrival, three days of the booked stay will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• From the 13th day before arrival or in case of early departure, up to five days of the booked stay will be retained as a cancellation fee.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

We are happy to deliver fresh bread from the local bakery in Schenna to your door every morning. 

You can also order a fresh breakfast basket daily by 3:00 pm for the following morning. 

It includes South Tyrolean butter, a variety of homemade fruit spreads, homemade dandelion honey, homemade apple chutney, a selection of breads, homemade cakes, yogurt, homemade applesauce, eggs, muesli, seasonal fruit and vegetables from our farm, a cold cut platter with cheese and cured meats, farm-produced apple juice, juices made from homemade syrups, as well as our popular spring water infused with farm-grown herbs, milk, and tea.

Of course, we are happy to accommodate dietary intolerances – please let us know when booking.

On open days of our farm tavern, guests are welcome to be served until 5:00 pm or take a meal up to their apartment for the evening. We are also happy to prepare a traditional cold snack platter (Brettlmarende) to go.

You are welcome to use our cozy, modern farmhouse lounge (Stube) and the sunny terrace of the tavern during opening hours from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). The children's play corner in the tavern is also available to our young guests during opening hours. Coloring supplies, toys, and children's books can be used on site or taken to the apartment.

We can wash your laundry for an additional fee, or you can use the washing machine and dryer at the Art & Nature Chalet Anna, managed by my sister. Each apartment is equipped with a clothesline, ironing board, and iron. Please contact us for further details.

An electric vehicle charging station is available on site.

As a guest at Florerhof, you are welcome to participate in all events organized by the Schenna Tourism Board. You can find the current weekly program in the information folder in your apartment. 

We also organize an engaging weekly program for you, partly in cooperation with other local businesses. This includes a welcome afternoon where we tell you everything worth knowing about our farm, a weekly guided hike with my father Jakob, and children's activities with my sister Barbara, such as a butterfly tour and crafting afternoons. In addition, we are happy to organize a guided farm tour.

We are happy to provide you with the following hiking gear: backpacks, trekking poles, and rain ponchos. In winter, you can also borrow toboggans (sleds) and ice skates directly from us.

With the South Tyrol Guest Pass, you get free access to all public transport in South Tyrol during your stay with us. A bus stop is located just 200 meters from the farm, allowing you to start your excursions conveniently and quickly. Buses, trains, and cable cars will take you to the most beautiful places in the area.
